New Login Experience
Introducing all-new user login – reimagined login flows, with a fresh design, improved security, and lightweight pages.
- Simplified user experience
Redesigned login pages result in a unified, modern look and feel. Every step has helpful hints guiding users through different flows like Multi-Factor Authentication or Forgot Password. Login page brings the latest news and feature updates improving your product experience every day.
- Increased authentication security
We are continually updating our product according to the latest security standards and recommendations. New login flow brings the latest updates for OpenId Connect protocol and improved protection from different types of XSS attacks.
- 3rd party authentication providers
Manage your users on Google or Microsoft? We can configure SSO authentication making your team members experience smooth and secure.
Advanced User Management
We continue improving our user management experience. No more deleting user and then creating it back. If you want to temporarily disable user access, then switch the user to an inactive status. Go to Team Members setup under Management and change user status to Active or Inactive anytime you need.
Want to manage your team members better and see when they connected last time? Go to Team Members setup under Management, click on any user to see their last login date and time, and IP address they connected from.
Payer Payment and Invoice Transaction API
We continue extending our external API services. Just released Payer Payment and Invoice Transaction API allows you to get payer payment details, including applied payments and adjustments. For more information regarding our suite of available API’s please contact integration@nikohealth.com.
Task Management Updates
You can now work on your invoice related tasks without leaving the invoice! Go to the Invoice Details, Tasks tab, click the Plus icon in the upper right-hand corner on an invoice, and select Create Task. You can also Edit, Complete, and Delete your tasks from one place. Just click the corresponding icon next to the task (“pencil” for edit, “checkmark” for complete, and “trash can” for delete) under the Tasks tab.
Update Program Recommendation for Resupply Orders
To continue improving our customers’ experience with resupply management, we added Update Program Notification on resupply orders generated by NikoHealth (orders with prefix RO). When a resupply order has an item manually added that is not on the patient’s resupply program, we display a notification message recommending the user to update a patient’s resupply program.
Reports Improvements
We updated Order History and Invoice Details Reports based on our customers’ latest feedback. It is possible to filter by “Tags” in Order History and to filter by “Payer Plan” in Invoice Details reports.
