Copy a Previous Order
With this new feature you can quickly take any previous order within a patients record and copy it. Simply click on the Copy Order button on the order. When doing so it brings you to the summary step of the order where you can make edits as needed and you’re all set.
New Reports
- Inventory Location
This report can be used to identify inventory on hand at your warehouse, on team members or items transferred to patients.
- Service Maintenance
You can use this report to identify items that require service and review past service maintenance notes.
Price Option Management
Managing ongoing pricing changes can be challenging and we have introduced functionally to allow you to make edits needed within the system simpler.
You can edit, update or add new pricing by going to: Management/Settings.
Here you can;
- Export Existing Price Options
- Import Updates to Price Options
Please make sure to use the templates provided for any imports.
Cost Sharing Enhancements
We have made some improvements to the Cost Sharing functionality on an order and updated the design.
New functionality includes:
- Ability to edit Charge, Expected and Tax on demand.
- You can automatically recalculate applicable sales tax using our Sales Tax Rate calculator based on a destination address of an order.
- Share the Cost Estimate externally securely via email or fax.
- Ability to select a Bill To for each item on an order. (Please note the invoice generation according to your Bill To selection is not yet in production and will be updated in an upcoming release.)
