Billing Provider Updates 

  • Ability to add a Pay-To Provider Address Learn More

Workflow Enhancements for Tasks

  • With the newly updated task functionality you can now add or edit an open task from the Orders page without having to navigate into the order details. Simply click on the drop down arrow available in the Tasks column of the orders page. Learn More
  • When navigating to the Tasks within a patient record, order, or invoice the task status will default to open tasks.

Patient Creation Update

  • When creating a new patient, an information popup has been added to notify the user if the system has identified a possible duplicate patient record. This will allow the user to determine if a new patient in fact needs to be created or whether the record may already exist.

Documents Improvements

  • Attaching a document to an order has been improved to allow you to search for all available documents that are uploaded to a patient record along with the ability to add multiple files at once. Learn More
  • Within the Documents page of a patient record, the design of the preview and edit action buttons on each available document have been updated. The functionality to download a document has been added to simplify the user interaction.

Inbox Improvements

  • A new advanced filter search has been added to the inbox when attaching incoming files via fax. This will allow for a user to search by a Date of Birth, or Patient ID.

API Updates 

  • Order Quik Ship APIs are now available. These APIs allow for the ability to ship or dropship an order from a Client App. Learn More
  • The GET/v1/invoices{id} API now returns FirstSubmittedOn and LastSubmittedOn information.
  • “AllowDuplicate” functionality has been added to the  POST/v1/patients API to allow a Client App to create a duplicate patient record if needed.
  • The Order note create endpoint v1/orders{orderid}/notes has been updated to return a corrected description in Swagger.

Advanced Filters on the Invoice Page 

  • The ability to search Invoice Tags with And/or filters is now available on the Invoice page.

  • The policy section of the insurance benefits screen displays all available payer contact info.
  • Service line notes from invoices is now reportable on the invoice detail report.

  • If a patient has a facility assigned, the facility information is displayed in the left side bar summary across the patient profile as well as when creating an order.
  • Item notes are now reportable on the purchase order report.
  • Redesigned support and help center access available from the user profile icon.
  • Ability to indicate a unit of measure (UOM) when creating par level rules for automated purchase order creation.
  • Fixed a sorting issue under patient items.
  • Added Order Id column next to the Invoice Id available on the patient/financials/invoices.
